I Have Never Tried Pilates or Yoga Before. Can I Join a class at BodySoul?

Absolutely. At BodySoul, everyone begins at their own level, and no previous experience is required. Beginner-friendly classes are available throughout the year, so you can start whenever you feel ready, with the guidance and support you need.

Get in touch with us and we will help you choose the programme that best suits your needs and goals.

Which Pilates or Yoga Class Is Right for Me?

The right class for you will depend on your body, your goals, your current fitness level and any individual needs you may have.

At BodySoul, we take the time to speak with you and guide you towards the programme that suits you best—whether that is Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates or Yoga.

Can I Start Reformer Pilates If I Have Never Tried It Before?

Yes. Reformer Pilates is suitable for beginners, as both the resistance and the exercises can be adapted to each person’s level and abilities.

At BodySoul, we will guide you through the basics, helping you become familiar with the equipment and learn the correct technique so that you can practise safely and with confidence.

Pilates or Yoga: Which Is Right for Me?

There is no single option that is right for everyone. Pilates and Yoga take different approaches, but both can help improve strength, mobility and well-being while deepening your connection with your body.

We will help you choose the practice that best supports your individual needs and goals.

How Can I Book My First Class at BodySoul?

You can contact us by phone or through our contact form, and we will guide you through booking your first visit.

Once you have an active membership, you can easily book and manage your classes through our online platform.

What Happens If I Need to Cancel a Class?

Cancelling your booking in good time allows another student to take the available place.

Morning classes must be cancelled by 9:00 p.m. on the previous day, while afternoon classes must be cancelled by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the class.

If a place is available, new bookings can be made through the online platform until a few minutes before the class begins.

Can I Practise Pilates or Yoga If I Have an Injury or Musculoskeletal Condition?

Every body has different needs. Many people choose Pilates or Yoga to improve their movement, strength and physical function. However, if you have an injury or a specific medical history, it is important to speak with us before joining a class.

We will discuss your individual circumstances and recommend the safest approach. In some cases, you may benefit from a more personalised programme before moving into a group class.

How Often Should I Practise Pilates or Yoga to See Results?

Consistency matters most. Practising three to four times a week can lead to meaningful improvements in strength, posture, mobility and overall well-being.

The key is to create a routine that feels realistic and sustainable for you over time.

Can Pilates Help Tone and Transform the Body?

Pilates can help build strength, improve muscle tone and posture, and create a more balanced body.

The best results come from a well-rounded approach to movement and lifestyle. At BodySoul, we will help you create a programme that supports your personal goals.

At BodySoul, exercise is more than a workout. It is a way to care for your body, build strength and develop a deeper connection with the way you move.
